Melissa and I took the Pugslys down the coast of Baja from La Paz to Cabo San Jose last week.

As for the packing up bikes what part are you interested in? the way down was easy i just got 2 26x26x10 boxes from a local box store and put the wheels in those then the frame and all the bags went into a standard bike box that I got from a shop. that way you aren't going to be overweight on either box and wont get charged an extra arm and leg beyond what you are already getting charged for the oversize bike box.
