AZTR 2015 Planning

So I am considering taking on this trail that some many have written about.. Contimplating the 300 version for my 1st time. I am a weekend rider, yet have done some local racing with the MBAA this spring. Want to add to the infamous bucket list. Look to gain insight an dplanning ideas, and possible a riding buddy, buddies....2015 sounds a long way off, but it will be here in no time.. with teh summer heat approaching lengthly rides will be minimal... doing 20-30 mile rides now....planning the Barn Burner in Falg in Spet, at 54 miles... Please chime in....

I'm in the same boat myself. I've pretty much decided to do it next year. I'm trying to do the Dixie 200 at the end of June to get started. My first bikepacking trip was on the White Rim in 2 days about a month ago. I've also done a 6 hour, planning a 12 and 25 hour along with Park City Point to Point for this summer. I'll be at the Barnburner as a support crew, maybe we can chat then.
