Best sections of the Huracan

Hey Yall. I'm looking to take a group of neverevers down to Florida to ride a portion of the Huracan 300 in March. I doubt that we will be able to complete the entire loop. Is there a section of the route that would be better/nicer to ride? Sections to avoid? I'm looking to do 150-200 miles.
Thanks.

IMO, start in Santos, ride ALL the singletrack (there is way way more than on the Huracan route), then progress counter clockwise down to Croom, ride that singletrack and then head back. Should get you a bunch of awesome riding, plenty of resupply, and also the most singletrack.

I second trhoppe. I don't know about doing all the Santos stuff beyond what's on the route - definitely fun singletrack out there and he's right, a LOT more than huracan. But might get kind of old. If you can figure out shuttling, I think CFiTT is a great beginner route too. Probably harder overall than what trope suggested though.

Thanks for the replies. I think we are going to shuttle a route from Paisley to Croom. I'll let folks know how it goes.
