Hi I have a b17 that I have for about 1 year now I love it and its super comfy even from day one I believe it is broken in now however the "wings " have stared splaying out. is this normal ? I only noticed this as I bought another one for another bike

Have you adjusted the tension.? You could try to and back it off if it makes no difference. But after a year it probably needs it

The Imperial version of the B17 comes with small perforations along the bottom of those wings and some laces with which to tie them to each other... shouldn't be too hard to throw a few holes on either side and lace this one up?
