so it seems you get one spot device for free(minus tax and shipping) , but you get a rebate visa card that needs to be used in 120 days.  and you also have to sign up and pay for one year of service.





119.00 plus tax and shipping gets you a spot and service.  half price basically.


you should re-read the terms because i just skimmed through.
