Just got an email from National Geographic about this new device.
Figure it will at least interest a few of you.
See what the word is once it starts hitting the trail.

Rich over at GPStracklog has a few things to say about this unit:

Biggest drawback seems to be the expensive maps you have to buy (per state). I'll wait to hear more, but it does look interesting.

No thanks, the bike mount looks cheesy the price tag is a bit over the top with just the unit then you have to buy the over priced Nat Geo maps, I don't think so.
