Thanks On Track. I just registered. It should be fun. On a side note, I tried to ride section one yesterday, but was only able to get about 1-1.5 miles past strontium dam before hitting deep snow pack. I tried post holing for about a 1/2 mile to see if it would clear, but It didn't. Hopefully it didn't snow much up there last night. I am going to try again next Tues, to see if it is getting better. Here is a pic of Chattfiled, just before Waterton Canyon.

I don't suppose someone could film this and post it on here.
I'd love to be there but am a few thousand miles and many timezones away. Smiley

Any interest in meeting up for that? It's free, I live about a mile away.

I live in Littleton, and was thinking of taking the train downtown. I would be interested in meeting before hand for a subway sandwich or something. Anyone intersted/know of a good spot? I don't get downtown much.

Inside REI is a Starbucks ... they've got some food things.  My Brothers Bar has good burgers, very close.  Salvegetti Bike Shop is really close too and they might have the good spots wired.

A meetup at Salvagetti may work, although they close at 6. I'll see if any of them want to go,

major suckage, I had been up since 3:00 AM for work, I didn't finish work until 16:45 and fell asleep soon after. I woke up and was too late to make it downtown for the event. Hope there was enough attendance to warrant more of these.

I saw both shows, Boulder then Denver.  Each room was nearly full.  Bikepacker brothers Tedd and Judd were informative and entertaining.  They live near Albuquerque and drove here just for the presentations; might not happen here again.  On April 8 they'll do the show at the Albuquerque REI, maybe worth a road trip with a bonus of NewMex Mex.

Thanks for telling us about the show. It was awesome. For those that didn't get to attend. Here is a web link to what they talk about. Lots of good info, and quite helpful at planning a trip.

That was a great presentation from a couple of 'average joes'

Thier description of trail segments, advice and gear selection were spot on!
Really appreciate them taking the time to present this to the public.

Thanks Judd bros!
