:thumbsup:I'm reading this right now. It's the UK's Paul Howard's extremely detailed trip report for his racing of the Tour Divide back in 2009 I believe. You all will like it a lot. Did any of you guys, who were there, remember this guy from that race?

Is it completely the same as Two Wheels On My Wagon.
Read the first chapter last night and there seems a bit of de ja vu going on to me.
Haven't got the 2womw to hand but i'll be a bit pissed off if it's an identical book but under a different title.
I'll check when i get home tomorrow.

I read that the title Eat, Sleep, Ride caters more to Americans, because we wouldn't really understand and, in turn, misinterpret Two Hands on my Wagon.

Paul Howard's book is cute and fun. Perfect decomp reading after pouring over the GDMBR guidebook all day. And the maps. And the bike. Oh, and riding the bike. Etc.

His humour is so exceptionally British, I had my former British roommate's voice in my head, the entire time I was reading it. Intrepid European views of America  - especially the west, are quite interesting insights. 'mericans have landmarks like The Effeil Tower to pilgrimage towards, Europeans want to see Route 66 (from my own unscientific research).

I love humans.
