I am drawn back to this thing over and over. Has anyone purchased and used this rack?
Any thoughts or experience would be appreciated. thumbsup

I have almost 2000 miles on mine. Just finished the Baja Divide.  I'm on a Jones plus. As a smaller guy there isn't room for a full size seat bag . So this is a great solution. Works as advertised.  No sway. And no real problem loading it or adjusting the straps like Patrick had. The only small problem I had was the pivot bolt loosened a few times on really rough trail. Loktite solves that. Other wise a great product. Happy I have one

The honest truth?  It's a ripoff of Scott Felter's (Porcelain Rocket) Mr Fusion.

The semi-rack idea is something we at Bedrock tested years ago (before the Mr Fusion, 2011-12) but never brought to market because we weren't okay with the extra complexity, fragility in a crash, and potential for failure.  We ended up with our own unique system.

But, if you're going to go for a semi-rack-based seat bag, personally I would recommend you go with the Porcelain Rocket, instead of a Chinese-made, low-quality imitation.  Support originality, innovation, and quality cottage manufacturing!
