Somewhere I was looking at bike gear and ran into a backpack with a built in solar panel. Seems as though the site was unrelated to packs. The brand name surprised me. Does anyone know who sells that item? I have blinked twice since then and forgot the brand name! I hate to see what old age will bring. TIA

This company, Voltaic Systems makes them (http://www.voltaicsystems.com/), but nothing with real application for the fast and light crowd. I would think that a dynamo hub would be a much more reliable source of electricity for bikepacking/riding. Hubs are always turning and the newer models have very little rolling resistance.
