Ok, so I've contributed a bit here before, but now it's time to get serious! Just picked up a 2012 Cannondale Flash Alloy 1. I was super surprised with the weight. Without getting into the tubeless details (not recommended on the stock wheels and tires, but it works) I went ahead with the conversion anyway. So minus tubes and reflectors plus CB eggbeater 2 pedals and Blackburn slick cages, it comes in at 11 kilos or about 24.25 pounds in size XL!



I recently got a Revelate seat bag and will probably make a harness/sling for the front. Still debating on buying a Revelate tangle or doing my own frame bag. Not sure how the medium tangle would look in the XL frame. A buddy has one on a large Flash and is out on vacation, so I'll check with him in the near future.
