I bought a 2014 Ti Fargo in the end of October. Last one available. Ended up stripping all the parts of it. So I bought a frame and fork and built up this bike. All parts have a maximum of 40 miles most less. Frame and fork were a singlespeed commuter. Excellent shape. One spot where a water bottle rubbed thru the top coat has been repaired. Otherwise looks close to new. Any of the little white spots in the pics are snow. No scrapes or scratches or chipped paint The fork has a 15 mm thru axle. The bike is super clean, with a great part spec. I can send more pics or give more info as needed. The parts are the same as a 2015 ti Fargo except it has a thudbuster and a Ritchey stem, and Stans Crest wheelset with new Maxxis Ignitors tubeless . Open to reasonable offers

This sounds like a killer bike. I don't need it but I could ask around for you. How about a nice photo of the current setup.

How tall are ya? Looking for a fargo, mainly just a frame though, but leaning towards a large. I'm 5'11"

I am 5'7. I ride a small Fargo. This is a medium. I would think it would be a good fit.

@Mr cup. I all 5'11" and am on a large. In think it depends on your body shape; I really should be on a medium as I have a short torso.

I'm 5'10" and the medium fits me well with a 90mm stem.

I wish there was a Salsa dealer within a 2 hour drive so I could try sizes. I've been looking for a frame to build up but could go for the right full build. I'm 5'11 with pretty normal torso/legs. From what I've read and pics, it seems like a large would be best for touring/bikepacking. Not a fan of a huge amount of seatpost. I'm hoping to get over to Raleigh and ride a few in a couple weeks and see which size is best as we all know how hard it is to be sure until you ride one.

Mr. Cup--I am 5'10" and also ride a medium Fargo comfortably, but with an 80mm stem. At 5'11", my guess is you would be fine on a medium.

I'm not quite as tall as you, (5'10" w/31" inseam). I rode both a large and a medium when I purchased my Fargo. The large definitely had me too stretched out to be comfortable. Sitting on each would definitely be worth your while.
