I started riding the bike after it didn't sell for a while and fell in love. I'm keeping it now. I also got the green light from the family to do the TDR in 2019! This is a custom bikepacking bike designed for off-road touring. Size is medium-large. I'm 5'10" with 32" inseam. I had it built up with Rohloff Disk Speedhub with SP PD-8X Dynamo Hub, custom frame bag and top shelf parts. I took it on three short rides near my house and despite loving the bike, I'm forced to sell for financial reasons.
I've put $5500 into this bike and I'm asking for $4500. This is a top-shelf bike designed to withstand the rigours of long-distance off-road cycling. It's a turnkey bikepacking solution with all the details already worked out for you.

HI interested. Could you measure the effective top tube length and standover. And what's the chain ring and rear cog sizes?

The bike is located in Raleigh, NC. I just measured effective top tube to be about 23 1/4". Gearing is 36x16. If you wanted a different gear ratio, it would be most cost effective to replace the rear cog, which can go smaller or larger.

Let me know if you want to know more details about the bike. One neat feature I didn't mention is that the cable housing was made longer to allow space for the handlebar bag. I always found the cable on my regular mountain bike getting squished and it's really convenient not to have to deal with that.

It's a sloping top tube and I measured stand-over by finding the center of the top tube and measuring down to the ground. The bike weighs about 30 lbs. The Rohloff, dynamo hub, wide rims, and fatter tires probably add a bit of weight compared to a build that would have a 1x drive train with traditional 29er wheels/tires. But then it would be a different bike.  |

Riding a Jones plus now. My wife is on 27.5 Fargo. Just thinking of one tire size. Just need to think more

Hi still interested. Could you possibly set the top of the seat at 37 1/2" from the center of the BB up the seat post and take a pic? Top tube and stand over seem very similar to my Jones. But you are taller than me. I hate to buy without more confidence of the fit. There is a chance I may be in your area in a few weeks if it's still available
