Flyweight wheels....crest/DT Swiss $350

Someone out there has a small friend who needs these wheels.  The rims are VERY good....no dents and they have never been trued since I built them up last year.  There are some scratches on one of the rims.  The rims and spokes are only a year old ridden about 25 times by my 120 lb wife.  The hubs are pre-2010 DT Swiss 240s IS disc standard QR.  I think one of them has ceramic bearings.  They are both smooth and the freehub is in great shape having received regular maintenance. 

Crest rims, DT Revolution spokes (2X/1X front) (2X rear).  Alloy nips.  Gorilla tape rim strips.  Stan's valve stems.  IS disc.  No skewers.

Find me a flyweight for the wheels.  I need to free up another hook in my garage.

Do you know if a 15thru axle can be fitted to the front hub ?

It will not convert to a 15 TA.  The rear will convert to 12x142.
