I commuted on this bar for a few weeks to try it out. It's nice, but can't get it high enough on my Cross Check. It would work better on a Fargo or something with a sloping top tube and tall head tube. It is the 25.4 clamp model. Stem is 1/8" fork clamp, 120 mm 40 degree rise. $50 plus $10 shipping.
