size M/L Talon 11, circa 2009, grey/blue. $35
Used plenty, no holes or significant abrasions, plenty of dirt. I've removed the odd retention cord on the upper corner of the outside of the pack, replaced the stock shock cord on the back with lighter stuff, cut off the tiny interior hydration bladder strap and buckle and shortened the sternum strap. I also scratched off the "Airscape" lettering on the framesheet and wrote "Chenault" in black sharpie.
If you like I'll cover this with duct tape before shipping.
size M/L Talon 22, circa early '08, orange. $32
Used a LOT. Several tiny holes and plenty of abrasion points from crashes and an ill fated attempt to carry skis, all patched with seam grip. Functional and strong, not necessarily pretty. All harness straps have been cut shorter and resewn. I added lash points to the upper left and bottom right of the pack, bartacked grey 3/4" webbing, so the pack can carry skis diagonally (quite well, if I say so). The shoulder strap and yoke are blue, and from an '08 Talon 44. They are the same narrower than current dimension as the stock straps, but substantially thicker and with a united center ridge, which makes their load comfort substantially higher than the originals. As with the 11, I customized the back panel with my name.
