In an attempt to find the right handelbars for my bikepacking bike I tried Titec H bars. They are not for me, so they are for sale. These have a 25.4 clamp, just some scuffing on the portion of the bars where you mount the brake levers and shifters. I am asking $35. It looks like Fedex ships pretty much anywhere in the us for $12.
