These are a set of custom steel handlebars with a specific 21.5 degree bend for the hands, and a forward bent, welded design so you can still use your standard stem length with them. 

This specific set is custom in two ways - Clear powdercoat over welded steel finish, so you can see the weld marks, etc.  Looks cool.  Also, 27.5" width (wider than stock).  I bought these for $140 from Groovy.

I removed the ugly lip stickers.  Other than that, they are in perfect condition, include Bontrager vibration-damper inserts (installed), and are for a 25.4mm clamp stem.

$75 for the coolest folks that hang out at bikepacking.net.
