Roll top fixed to compression bag by straps. To not scrolled need one fastening to Revelate harness or handlebar. We can send you both. |

Our bag not waterproof at 100%. But we will make raincover for you. Black color isn't problem. Price 25$ with 2 fastenings and raincover. Shipping price I can tell you tomorrow. |
