I have a brand new Leatherman Wave for sale. I ended up with two after my first one broke in Lima, MT on the Tour Divide. The sporting goods/tire shop had one that I purchased for insurance on the rest of the trip. When I returned home, the first was sent in for warranty.
The failure must have been due to a bad stamping. The body broke at the pivot for the pliers while I was holding a der. cable and tightening a bolt on the der.
