I am selling one of my bikepacking rigs. I initially built this for my 2017 TD ITT but ended up with a different frame that worked better for me.
I have put about 200 miles on the bike and have not ridden it since I opted for my other ride.
It is built on a 2016 Lynskey M290 Large Ti frame. I have a 32" inseam and can stand over it comfortably.
The original frame specifications can be seen at
http://vi.vipr.ebaydesc.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItemDescV4&item=152348972817Total weight with bags as shown is 26lbs. Without the saddle and bags it comes in around 23lbs.
The front fork is an unlabeled rigid carbon fork (15mm-100 through axle) that has held up very well. FWIW I have arthritis in my arms and ended up running a Lauf.
The handle bar is a Jones H-Bar. I use them on all of my bikepacking rigs. It is newly wrapped.
Shifters - Shimano XTR
Front Derailleur - Shimano Deore XT
Rear Derailleur - Shimano XTR
Brakes - Avid BB7 - I like mechanical brakes for bikepacking and the Avid BB7s are bulletproof.
Rims are Stans Arch EX running tubeless.
Front hub is a Shutter Precision PD-8X dynamo hub. My original hub was defective from the factory and was replaced with improved internals.
Rear hub is a Shimano Deore XT
The tires are currently Continental TownRide tubeless tires. When I opted for a different bike for the TD ITT, I decided to make this bike my daily commuter. It has similar geometry and identical gearing so riding it would be very similar to my TD bike and would be better training than my road bike. I do have a pair of WTB Nanos that come with the bike too.
The headlight is a Busch + Müller Lumotec IQ Cyo senso plus
It also comes with a USB Werks USB adapter
The crankset is a Shimano Deore XT 24/38.
The rear cassette is a Shimano 10 speed 11-36
My take. Some people opt to save a bit of weight by going with a 1x drivetrain. I have learned that while grinding up a long mountain pass, it is nice to have close ratios where you can kick up or down a gear to get into a comfortable cadence zone. 2x10 spacing like I run affords that and since it is made with established Shimano components, they don't cost as much as leading edge parts.
I am including the frame bag, the front bar bag and feed bags as shown in the picture.
For the most part, I make my own bags. The frame bag affixes to the bike using the water bottle bosses and is very solid. Once filled, the velcro can be tightened to keep it from bulging.
I used the feed bags on my 2017 TD ITT and were useful for storing quick food.
The handlebar bag was one of my initial designs and although it works, it is a little tedious to use.
The saddle is NOT included. It is a Rivet Pearl and I have it broken in to fit me.

http://www.appalachianbiketrails.org/Gallery/index.php?/category/33NOTE - The only component on this bike that has seen any major use is the crankset. It came off of my TD 2016 bike. they are a bit scuffed but the chain rings are in excellent shape. If that is a deal breaker, I'll put on a brand new crankset.
Pick up in or near Johnson City, Tn.
Asking $2,800.00
