Anybody interested in trading my used Niner MCR with rigid fork for your cross or road bike? I've had the bike for a couple of seasons now and rode the Colorado Trail on it last year. I've got a new MCR that I built up this winter and just don't need the old one anymore. It's a medium frame with matching rigid fork. The attached photo shows it set up as a 1x9, but I've since added a front shifter and derailleur. Avid mechanical discs, Gripshift X7 shifters and rear der, XT front der, DT wheelset... Would love to trade it out for a steel framed 56-57cm cross or road bike. I'm located in the Colorado Front Range area.
Thanks, Owen

Gears! As for selling, a bird in the hand is worth two in the bush, so I'd need at least $900-1000 to turn around and buy a decent cross bike...

I have thought about this trade ever since you put it up but I just don't know that I'd be happy after doing it. I have a 56 Cannondale with the carbon fork. Right now the bike is full Dura Ace with Ultegra 9 shifters and a Powertap hub. As it sits now isn't really a fair trade for me. I also have older 8 speed Dura Ace kit with I think Ultegra cranks floating around in some box and some Mavic wheels that I'd probably consider doing. I'll see if I can find a pic but it will be of it as it sits now.

Hi River,
Sorry, I was hoping for an even trade. Sounds like your bike is a bit too nice and I really can't afford to pay any extra. (And I'm not interested in 8-speed). If I free up some extra dollars in the next few months, I'll send you a note.
Thanks, Owen
