Used Salsa Minimalist Rack - $43, shipping included in th price.

It got me through many trips, comes with all the mounting hardware and instructions. i used it on my Salsa Fargo V2 fork, it's still in good shape.

Please note that this rack is not meant to carry a heavy load, panniers, or your picnic basket for two. A sleeping bag, a bivy, or as an extra support for whatever's strapped to your handlebar.
