This model has a bit of history with Singular. It was launched via kickstarter and much of the information is detailed on the kickstarter campaign page here:

Ultimately, Singular did take delivery of one production run and sold them on their website, which is how I obtained this frame. Shortly thereafter, Singular was acquired/merged with a German (?) company, I think, and cut their frame lineup down considerably. The Rooster was one of the frames to be discontinued, as was the more popular Gryphon.
