I have a Surly 8-Pack Rack and Petite Porteur bag.  Combined, these would cost well over $200.  These are like new and were just fitted to bike. Asking $150 with FREE shipping!  A great set with Surly quality.  The Petite bag does include the Surly dry bags (multiple) shown in yellow.

Surly 8-Pack Rack: will haul up to 13.6kg (30 lb) of well-secured, well-balanced gear over roadways and maintained off-road trails.  Made from tubular cromoly steel, the 8-Pack Rack is a solid pedestal upon which you may rest a handlebar bag, grocery bag, minaudiere, satchel…or whatever you use to carry your bowling ball around. The 8-Pack Rack attaches to most forks with mid-blade and crown eyelets. It uses stainless steel hardware and has the characteristic durability, versatility, and repairability all Surly products are known for. The 8-Pack Rack has lots of barrel braze-ons, so you can customize your cargo tie-downs…or just bolt on as many lights as you can possibly find.

Rack Specifications:
Weight Limit: 13.6 KG (30LB)
Finish: ED Coating + Powdercoat
Rack Material: Tubular 4130 Cromoly
Platform Dimensions: 270 x 160mm

Surly Petite Porter:  From the people who brought you the Porteur House (us) comes a newer, svelter method of carrying things on your bike: the Petite Porteur House. Designed to fit both our 8 and 24 pack racks, the Petite Portuer House uses a system of six Velcro straps to securely snug it to the rack. The strap system is designed such that it will interface with many porteur-style racks with similar platform dimensions. The Petite Porteur House bag is made from durable 1050 Nylon Canvas with a polyurethane coating for protection from the elements. It uses a stiff insert in the bottom of the bag to give it shape and help keep wheel spray off your stuff. We also include four urethane coated, water-resistant nylon stuff sacks for an added layer of protection in each compartment. We’ve also included a handy light loop to help keep you visible and safe.

Our measuring stick tells us its 270 x 160 x 400mm so it has plenty of space for your ride necessities, tools, cool rocks, and whatever other bobbles you might feel inclined to bring with you.
