holds a 1 Litre Bot plus windscreen/cook stand
just did 3 days of North Van trails with a full tank, including fast rocky downhills, wheelie drops and A frames and it doesn't move or rattle

vinyl rocket bag is sandwiched between a light plastic half cylinder and the frame
whole unit bolts into downtube water bottle cage mounts
velcro along back and top side for access  (maybe zippers or metal snaps would be better)
checkerboard red and white band is elastic
