I'm looking to add one to my frame bag or put it in the next one I make. Right now it's just poking out the zipper!

When sewing in the "spine" or the bit that encircles the side panels and touches the tubes, don't sew it closed when they meet. Allow it to overlap a couple of inches. This way you can pass the hose through and it's neatly placed against your top tube.
Don't have a photo handy. Sorry.

OK. Thanks for the advice. Do you insulate the opening in any kind of rubberized material to prevent or minimize water ingress? I'm envisioning a rubber port with an 'x' cut into it, like rubberized audio ports on backpacks, to allow the passage of the mouthpiece of the tube and then allow for a more form fit around the tube afterwards.

I don't do anything to the opening to attempt to close it. I've little or no water intrusion from that area. Found a photo.
