Custom tent pole for Wild country Zephyros (Terra Nova)

I have a Wild country Zephyros 2 tent which has (besides the main pole) 2 5mm fiberglass poles at each end. These poles are 56cm and limiting a smaller pack size. Ideally i would like to cut these in half and use a sleeve when pitching the tent.

Are these sleeves available somewhere ?
Or any custom pole manufacturer who supplies split 5mm poles ?

+1 on quest outfitters.  I make all my custom tarp poles so that they are tarp poles and a bike stand - double duty!
