Did pretty much everything wrong and still managed to pull it off

Repurposed duffle bag cordura.
Repurposed zipper from same duffle bag.
Extra seatbelt I reclaimed from a wreck for hammock straps, cut and used as bag straps.
Plastic re enforcement in top panel.

Next steps:
Purchase and sew on 2 inch velcro strips to straps.
Trim and burn the strap edges.
Replace metal zipper pull with paracord or something less noisy.

Think you're gonna need to resize those photos buddy. Not entirely sure of any code to have them show right, so you may need to just decrease the dimensions in paint and re-upload.
