Prototype sleeping system. Need to find a bag maker.

I have an idea for a sleeping system and have some cash to invest in the idea.  I am trying to find someone (preferably UK, but US is fine) who I can work with to develop the idea.  After 16 days cycling down the divide recently and waking up to a damp bag I have concluded the conventionally mummy bag system does not work for everyone.  If you have experience in making bags then please do get in touch and we can discuss it further.
