I've yet to check any of these out up close and I can't find any patterns or videos in regards to making them.  The frame bag is easy to make especially if you follow the video Greenwater posted.

Is there anyone out there that would be willing to lend me their bag(s) so I can get some ideas on a pattern?  I'll pay postage and get it back to you in a couple of days.  If you'd be interested in helping me out, let me know what you have and we'll work something out.

I've got a Singer industrial machine and I ordered a bunch of materials from rockywoods.  I've made some camelback packs in the past, but the machine has been unused for a while.  I figure it's time to get going on some new projects.  So if anyone has any repairs they need done I might be able to help with that as well....though CDW and revelate are probably pretty good on warranty.

Without ever inspecting a CDW or Revelate seat bag, its taken me 20 + seat bags in maybe 8-10 design revisions to get a really solid pattern figured out, and I do not count that journey worthless.  Each one of them got the job done though.
I'd say just suck it up and buy one, or dive into the project and figure them out.  If you try to innovate less on your own like I did, and stick more to what you see in the pics, you could get away with less redesign.
