I have now had my framepack I think going on two years. Still is an amazing pack. Think it was one of the first ones and it works flawless. It has now been moved onto my Birking bike to hold my binoculars and guide book for easy access. Gonna need a new one for the new Niner.

Tim thats a good idea I could do an afternoon pick-up on the 13th or 14th of riders who want to leave there cars at Picket Post. We'll see what everyone prefers. I already have one spot to the start claimed from Jmeiser so three still left.

Hey guys I am throwing my services out there to shuttle riders to the start on the 15th which I believe is the start of the race. I have room for 4 riders plus their stuff. I may also be able to set up a scheduled one time pick up of riders in Superior and bring them back to Tucson.

I am currently using the Canon S90 but its not very cheap for a P&S. Its very durable though and takes spectacular pictures. You may want to check out kenrockwell.com he has some very good reviews on cameras.

I have the Canon 880 which I just love. It has a lot of great features and is a good size to carry around, but it also as the special battery so you may need to carry an extra which is what I do. The 770 is nice also.

I love the single color feature on this camera.

Chris had mentioned this morning the possibility of trying to get a little bit of rest before the road climb.  Is the spot where he and Stefan seem stopped the campground with the bathrooms?

Yeah, they are at the campground. Its right were the trail crosses Lemmon Highway.

It looks like Chris and Kurt are over the nasty climb at Molino but Stefan is not over yet. After that it is a Prison Camp trail followed by the paved road to Summerhaven. That climb over Molino has to be pretty crappy right now I think its bad enough in good weather.

Man this is exciting to watch. I am pulling for those guys to make through this weather. Should Chad maybe be docked some time off his ride for having such good weather?
