Kurt may have won the race, but Dejay definitely won the fans with his regular phone calls in. Nothing connects like a voice and a picture of a face to the racer on the other end.  Dejay defines EPIC! He needs to consider losing his day job and doing comedy standup. Did anyone else have friends in Antelope Wells waiting with beer?  sign13   headbang
Yep he needs his own talk show!
Thanks Dejay you're call ins rocked!

I am, its my every waking thought, less than 8 weeks out. I'll be doing a touring pace I guess, 10 to 14 day's.
I have 16 day's off work, so I have up to 14 days to make it to the fiinish, if I don't get there it will still be an amazing trip on the bike!
59  Forums / Ultra Racing / Re: AZT full meal deal on: February 07, 2011, 03:54:07 PM
ok, so AZT is 8 weeks out and very little chatter on here, so let me try to get it roll'n.
For those doing the FMD, what are your thoughts on the best way to carry your bike across the GC?  I know the others just strapped to there backs and they all seem to have the same consensus t:sad2: that there's got to be another way , anyone tinkering with making a light weight frame pack?
 or adding to shoulder straps.
just trying to come up with something?
any help would be appreciated
