1. Never measured, probably in the 30s
2. custom cues, typed up so they're easy to read and spaced to separate the turns.

Crests here on my heavy TD rig.
I dented the rear rim(too low tire pressure) at the Tsali 12hr race and had to build up a new one just a few weeks before the TD.  Due to the weather in Cincy I didn't have a chance to break them in on the dirt.  They were trued 3 times, and Brock at Orange Peel brought up the tension.  They survived and are still going.  Hopefully TNGA will be nice to them.

He stayed in Abiquiu last night - last year he flew through town... possibly holding his breath the whole way because that is where he got food poisoning the prior year.  Maybe he didn't want to touch the phone to make a call in?  Or maybe he fell asleep during his "TV party"!

I had second lunch(or first dinner) and dinner(or second dinner) at the Inn there, so far so good.

Every considered a rule about racing clean, without prescription meds or performance enhancing supplements? I guarantee it would change the whole event.

I hope you're kidding, some people need prescription meds to keep them alive, or in my case sane.

How often did you change chamois/shorts?

'09 I carried a spare set and rotated every 3-4 days
'10 one pair, washed 3 times, and cleaned with a wet wipe every now and then.

I call it like I see it! No phones, no lights, no motor cars,  not a single luxury!  Okay, not exactly but there are no support rigs, sag cars, new steeds at the ready, and no stopping every night to party!  Well, maybe a little of that last one...
