Wow, Neil is through Ripsey Wash and making his way up to the ‘Big Hill’! This is unbelievable. I have a feeling he’s going to finish before the sun rises tomorrow.
Kaitlyn and Kurt are past Freeman cruising through the Boulders segment. The front three have really been pushing hard.

Anyone know what happened to Jennifer Hanson? She detoured off on Canelo Pass and is heading toward Sonoita. Kurt and Kait are the best endurance power couple. ![headbang](http://www.bikepacking.net/forum/Smileys/Lots_O_Smileys/headbang.gif) They have been consistently in the lead with Neil bouncing around them. This should be exciting to see how it all plays out.

Good luck everyone!! I’m planning to make a re-attempt of the 300 in 2019 so hopefully I’ll see you all out there next year.
Scott, I’m planning on cleaning out and restocking the Kelvin and Freeman Road caches on Sunday afternoon. Hopefully most of the pack is through by then. Anywhere else I should try and hit up?

Great write up Joe!! I remember how you were saying on FB that you didn't think you were ready for the 300 and every single reply disagreed vehemently. You were wrong buddy! You were not only ready but also slayed it with a decent finish time. Incredible effort out there! It was also cool that you got to hang out with Jeff, Nancy, and Evan quite a bit. We were hoping to catch you at the finish line but we were predicting a 1am finish (pretty close!) and couldn't stay that late since we had to work the next day. Hopefully you found that beer bottle though. ![Smiley](http://www.bikepacking.net/forum/Smileys/Lots_O_Smileys/icon_biggrin.gif)

Alexis Ault with an emotional finish! She rolled in around 7:45pm. ![](https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20170411/cb66c7f60c524b78e8967dcbcfdf5d4d.jpg) Curtis Barrett extremely relieved to cross that finish line. He rolled in just before 9pm. ![](https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20170411/250a09dec2c58f7944dd881612998fb6.jpg) Well done you two!! It was great seeing you finish. 😊👍🏻

Congrats on another 300 finish, Mark!
She's scratching, but perhaps day riding today. She ran out of time, I guess. Working Tuesday.
That sucks! ![Sad](http://www.bikepacking.net/forum/Smileys/Lots_O_Smileys/sad2.gif) Hahaha. #alternativefacts
The contact.... oye. But she's still going and rocking it!
Her call was hilarious! Her geology geek-out was funny to hear too.

Well I had an amazing run out there. I think I finished around 1020pm for a personal best 3:10 something (ITT start thurs noon). I wasn't even sure I wanted to race, since I had been collecting dust since 2015 Ctr.
Well I shouldn't have doubted my ability. Now I have a 6th 300 and my time didn't suck!!
Great job man!!! Way to go!! Anyone know if Nancy scratched? I see Jeff getting close to Bloodsucker but Nancy's tracker hasn't moved from Oracle all morning. Hope she's alright. ![Sad](http://www.bikepacking.net/forum/Smileys/Lots_O_Smileys/sad2.gif)

Anyone know what happened to Neil? He was leading the pack the whole time but he scratched in Tucson.
Jerry scratched in Vail. The Canelos took it out of him unfortunately. He's a kick ass dude though for being almost 70!
Alexis is kicking ass leading the 300 ladies and most of the guys. She's not too far behind Kaitlyn!
Schilling looks like he was riding until about 2am last night!!

Canadian here with some time off around the AZTR and thinking about a 300 run. Anyone coming from Phoenix that would be interested in carpooling if I flew down? I'd pay all the gas and snacks for getting a ride to/from the 300.
Hi Vik, I am considering doing the 300 this year and I'll be driving down from the Phoenix area. I can give you a lift if you want. 😊

The AZT is not ready to give up John just yet!! She's been throwing all sorts of curveballs at him and he keeps trucking along. The weather up north has not been pleasant. That's an inch of snow on his bike! Apparently there was some whiteout conditions all day on the Kaibab. Major HTFU mode! ![](http://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20160428/2dc094061f3ba50e44e745881c6559d9.jpg)

Meanwhile, Jack Malher is nearly 80 miles into his half-bike ride. Got to admire the guy getting through the chunky Canelos on a muni. He probably has the advantage though on sections like Oracle Ridge -- hoist the muni on your back and start walking.
That guy is amazingly tenacious. I thought for sure he was going to scratch after moving slowly through the Canelos but he's still at it! He's near KC now. I wonder how long it will take him to get to Tucson.
