Last minute invite to anyone who wants to ride into the Maze District of Canyonlands Natl Park. I have a permit for May 5 & 6. Planning on leaving home (Grand Junction) late on May 4th and returning late on the 7th. Being a new transplant to GJ I have yet to meet any bikepackers, I know you're out there Ive done a circumnavigation of the Needles District and a handful of other amazing rides since moving here a year and a half ago. My newfound obsession with Utah is borderline unhealthy. And a big shoutout to MikeC, "DOOM" and BrettRDavis for stoking the fire while my family and I were marooned on the East Coast. I live here now! Kinda surreal.

Anyone toured that area in Maine? Myself and a friend of mine are wanting to do a gravel road tour and looking at my Delorme there seems to be a lot of "unimproved" roads in the Rangeley Lake region. I know some people have trouble with private roads in the interior of the state. If worst comes to worst we'll do a paved road tour. 5-7 days worth. I've always wanted to visit this area. Looks stunning!

I'm a newbie/kook to bikepacking and have become quite obsessed with it. Can't wait to get my Salsa Fargo out there. My list of must sees both domestic and abroad has now grown 5fold.
