Colorado here and I'm planning on traveling for this event in 2015. Planning on taking 14 days to not only ride the Tuscany Trail but also the Linguria Mtn Divide/ Alta Via Stage Route unsupported. Theres about a 40 mile gap between both routes and will total over 700 miles. If any one else is interested in one or both of these rides, Im all for having some company.

You might want to put into the cues that the maverick station in cottonwood is up the hill. I lost some time rolling in there at 830 riding through town and then all the way back across town to find a circle k, didn't see the maverick station until I had already resupplied. Also on stage three 1.2, it's a left turn onto 111 not right...easy to figure out in the day but can't see as much in the dark!

Scott, yeah I rode with Pete from Flagstaff and we took lake Mary road from town out to ashurst/Azt. I did miss the hot loop up at camp 1, bummer but we did hang out at the overlook. Together we rode out to lime kiln on day1. Pete set up Bivy there and I pushed on through. Not sure if he's recording his time but he planning on being done Sunday. As for myself put me down as a DNF! I pulled the trigger after sycamore rim trail knowing I had a few more hours left and possibly in the dark again. I hitched a ride at I-40 into flag after 33 some hours and 200 miles of my ride, had a lot fun! Thanks for organizing and the gps track was a huge help navigating in the dark not knowing any of the route!

Any other out of towners want to split the cost of a hotel room Thursday evening? I'm going for the thru ride but look forward to starting with the group on Friday and riding with others during the first stage!
