Does anybody idea where I could send back rental spot after Tour Divide?

Hi, does anybody know if the permitted deviations are obligate or if I should follow the main route GMDR? It looks clear ("permitted") but in description
 of route deviation there is written "required" so better to ask than go wrong way. Thanks for answer.

Trackleaders will have plenty of rentals available.  Sign-up is coming (for both your own SPOT and rentals -- same form).
