Hi all. New to this forum. Thinking of getting a new bike that I can ride all year for commuting 25km both ways, and tour/bikepack on for weekend and longer rides. Currently Im looking at the genesis Longitude 29'er and the genesis Caribou fatbike. I know the caribou would need mayby a 22/36 chainset instead of the 30t only it has on standard especially for commuting.

My question is, is it in anyway possible (without the cost of a second bike) to buy an extra 29'er wheelset and swap with the fat tires on the fatbike so that I can have both a 29'er and a fatbike in one?
