I'd love the gpx track too -- sounds like a great route for my husband and I to test out our bikepacking setups Smiley

Hi Miles,
April in BC may pose the same snow issues depending on the elevation of the trail you choose Smiley
Cheers,

Check out the Adirondack Trail Ride route for ideas:
http://www.theadirondacktrailride.com/the-route/
It's about a 3-hour-ish drive from Ottawa to the Lake Placid area.  Resupply locations are on the page I linked you to, but I don't know if they are 2 days' riding apart. Your April itinerary may be the biggest problem if you want to ride off-road, as everything within 6 hours of here might still have snow, or at least be really soggy...
Cheers,
Kim

I'll take it!  I will PM you my email address...
(and I'm in Canada, but usually have stuff shipped to Ogdensburg NY, where I can drive and pick it up...)
Cheers,
Kim

West Quebec here! In Chelsea, just north of Ottawa (in the Gatineau Park, if any of you have ridden around here).  Just getting into the bikepacking thing, after a few years refining my ultralight BACKpacking kit -- luckily a lot of it transfers well for bikepacking.  Am looking at getting a seatbag for my hardtail, a 'vintage' Stumpjumper M2, and have done bikepacking-style gravel road touring on my cx bike.
