Cogburn rack works but is super heavy. BOB trailer works for meat. Undecided on best method for rifle......

I only have about 150 miles so far on my SA, I have had to dremmel down the 90 degree angles on the seat edge and center split edge and this has greatly improved the ride so far. The comfort factor on "the hammock" effect on the "sit bones" with leather seats is pretty amazing. I may still punch some holes in the lower edge of saddle and pull them together with a zip tie. I wish this saddle was made slightly narrower or with ti rails. Will update after next thousand miles....

Good call, I have one of those too ! thumbsup
Although I had them punch holes in it at thigh junction and then I have it laced together underneath with zipties. Also dremmled down the lower edge of seat as the 90 degree angle was also rubbing a bit.....but yeah happy buns on those leather saddles!

Don't . Get a better saddle. Put in regular training mileage.
5  Forums / Question and Answer / Phone apps instead of GPS on: May 03, 2016, 11:15:48 PM
Hi all, long time lurker first time poster.
For those of us with dynamo hubs and  a way to keep smart phone charged on it, I am wondering what different route/mapping apps people like to use?
I have Gaia(pay version) and maps.me(free version) and enjoy different aspects of each, just wondering what else is out there and being used.

I'll be touring the divide using those apps this summer and just downloaded routes that other users had created, anyone know how close to current "official" routes those might be?

So far it has been nice having a gps/camera/music/basic mileage computer rolled into one and constantly charged up, curious about other folks experience.
Apologies if these questions have been addressed elsewhere, feel free to redirect. Thanks.
