So, I've just recently built up a frame I bought off of craigslist. The nashbar cyclocross frame. I was thinking oh, awesome, matte black with all the frame mounts, 425mm chainstays seem long enough. No, not at all. I installed my rack and panniers and see that there will be some major heel strike issues. I'm looking for at least 450mm chainstays, I have a size 13 shoe. 700c preferred but open to 26" . I'm hoping to switch out the parts out. Steel preferred. Thanks!

I'm new! I'm going to try and explain what I'm looking for. I have a Big Agnes UL tent that I want to have up on the handlebars. So, what I'm looking for is a wrap that buckles or straps it in tight on the bars instead of a classic "bar bag" with pockets or pouches. Let me know if this makes senses. Thanks!
