Excellent condition Surly Porteur House Bag with internal lining and shoulder strap.  This bag can fit a lot of stuff

Used few times and decided on another bag

frame bag I don't have a manufacturer or model. It has one Zipper one the right that gives access to the main compartment and then a zipper on the left that opens a thin pocket for maps and the like. The zippers are taped and waterproof. It fits small frames and the size is 10" (seat tube) by 18 1/2" (top tube) by 22 1/2" (down tube).

Update - i found the shims to mount to smaller diameter bars

The bag is in overall good condition, no rips, tears, etc

The yellow interior lining has some stains, but it is removable and can be washed. (I never washed it, lazy)

The optional rain cover is only used once as i recall.

The mounting hardware for 31.8mm is included. I can not seem to locate the shims for smaller bar size, but it can be purchased cheaply on arkel. If i ever find them, I’ll send it

Lastly, i can’t recall if the shoulder strap came with it, but again if i had it, i missed placed it since i never used it
