So I've been looking at various drop bar bikes for bikepacking and bang for the buck I've had my eye on the Diamondback Haanjo EXP Carbon. I haven't seen many reviews from people actually using it for bikepacking. I'm fully aware that Salsa and Surly along with a sprinkling of other boutique brand companies rule this domain, I'm curious if anyone on here has any experience with the Haanjo? Pros/Cons etc... My plan is to just do a few short trips this fall and build upon them next summer. Ultimately I want to tackle the divide but that is 3 to 4 years away. I've done some bike touring (roads/paved bike trails), mountain bike racing and some cyclocross so I'm not a newbie to cycling just a newbie to loading up a bike and heading out into the dirt for days at a time. Also looking for Pros/Cons to drop bars, full-suspension or hardtail. Currently I have a 2001 Rocky Mountain Blizzard XTR set-up, it's a 3x9 and 26" wheels so a little outdated. My roadbike is a 2002 Fuji team issue frame set that I built up with Campy Chorus, yes older but still rides like a dream.
