    I remember finding you in the road and telling you about Hungry Bear.  I think it was John ( can't remember his last name) who took the photo.  I never saw it either.  I think he made it to Polaris and had health issues that forced him to drop.   I hope you are doing well.

So I just got my Vista HCx and was wondering what would be the best software to load on it the 100k topo or go for too much detail with the 24k topo.  I just want to make sure I have the paths the TD travels on.  As always thank you for all of your input.

 I have a basic question about the TD. It is looking like there will be quite a few lining up at the start.  I know in previous years, spot (gps trackers) have been provided.
Would it be advantages to go on and purchase one for myself?  Thanks see you all at the start if not sooner (Florida boys)

Blackhound,  you will love that western bag. They are some of the best quality bags made.
I use to sell them.  I have two western bags that I have had for over 10 years they are awesome.

I do hill repeats. I also watch wind forecast. I go out on windy days and push a big gear and do not tuck.
I also try to stand and pedal on really windy days for around 20 min then sit and pedal and repeat.
