Looks nice and I have to admit I never even heard of the Brand...
How would you compare the fold version vs the TNT? Does it justify the weight penalty in terms of durability/sidewall protection/lower air pressure?

New to the forums, and to bikepacking in general. This will be my first post.
I'm setting up my first bikepacking setup. My brand new Stan's ZTR Flow on Hope Pro3 hubs just arrived in the post, and its time to lay some rubber on them glasses2
On my every-day AM machine, I use Nevegal's for their unmatched grip and percision. But this setup will not see that kind of terrain and technical singletrack and so I want a tire that will give me these qualities (in order of significance)
  • relatively light (not race light, but 550g rear 650g front is the neighborhood I'm shopping for)
  • Puncture resistant.
  • Durable
  • Decent grip on slippery roots, rocky terrain and some loose dirt
  • Fast rolling

Also, I plan on running the tires tubeless, but I don't want to pay the weight penalty for UST tires. So something compatible with a Stan's tubeless kit is what I'm looking for.

The touring community have the Schwalbe Marathon Extreme as the "goto" tire of choice for off-road touring. Is there a similar tire of choice for the bikepacking community that does "proper mountain biking" but with much less gear on their setup?

Currently I'm mainly considering Schwalbe's Nobby Nick (Snakeskin) and Continental Mountain King. Any worthier contenders?
