It looks like he was fine in Silverthorne. He is way off route at this point. He really booked it on that road up to 19mph but since he was just in Breck it makes no sense for him to high tail it to Fair Play...at least I can't think of a reason. It'll be interesting to see if he backtracks.
He unfortunately is behind where he expected to be, and doesn't have enough vacation time from work to complete the route. He has decided to switch over to the transamerica bike route and at least complete his goal of biking from Canada to Mexico! He'll try it again when he has more time!
