What are some specifics I should be looking for (If any) in regard to my bike and it's components, any specific upgrades I should shoot for? Different shocks, brakes, specific tires that are better suited for the BikePacking enthusiast?

Hello everyone,

I'm completely new to Bike-Packing (In so much that I have not done it yet  ) but I have some questions and I'm hoping I can get some help from all of you seasoned veterans!

I have a Kona Fire Mountain bike that I purchased this year.

I'm wondering if this is a good bike to BP with. Or maybe, what should I be looking for to improve on it for better Bikepacking results?
