It is never to early to think about next winter or a hot summer day.  For sale, older model insulated bottle holder.  Velcro straps work well on handlebars or racks.  I bought these while stationed in Alaska 2003 time frame and used them for a couple of winters.  I took the OR logos off because the Army doesn't like logos.  I haven't used them since winter 2005.  $15 will get them shipped to your door.

These look great, how are you attaching the bottom to the rack?  Can you provide a picture of it laid out flat with the face up?  I now have a spring project.
