How much can you fit in a Pika Epic Seat Bag?

I'm wondering how much these hold, and if the odd shape restricts the practicality of it.
I need to carry a few warm clothes, small stove, small cooking pot, first aid.
Will this fit nicely into a Pika?
If not, how about an OMM with a Seattle Sports XUD Duffel strapped to the top?

Specs on the website says 6-12 litres which I'd estimate you'd be able to fit the stove, pot, first aid kit and maybe a jumper or 2 as long as you pack the stove and first aid kit in the pot. It really depends on what warm clothing you'd carry. I only carry a down vest for warmth which packs down to tennis ball size so it'd work for me.
Hope it helps!
